First realistic drawing

Before I started, I searched up a black and white portrait it looked way better then what I submitted. I didn’t do the practice. So it resulted in a not so good drawing.

There wasn't a big idea for this piece because It wasn't interesting to me. I wish I knew how to draw better. My drawing was sloppy to me. There was no realism to the piece. The shading was bad, and nothing matched. Even when I tried so hard.

My goal as an artist to learn how to draw anime, because in the future I want to make an animated series for YouTube. Not special like a company just like a little series. And also learn how to draw neat.

While drawing this piece I learned that my drawing is cartoon based. And I'm not good at drawing realistic pieces but I'm still going and need more practice.

Hand sanitizer

Before I started I was trying to figure out what objects to draw. But I did not do the practice maybe that's why it looked the way it did.It took me awhile to start because I was try to figure out what to draw. And also I got distracted lots of times kind of blame it on my self. I started my piece I decided to draw my hand sanitizer. I've seen lots of mistakes like no straight lines. I forgot to erase the pencil marks.

My objects

Before I started, I looked for four objects. I didn’t do the practice. So it resulted in a not so good drawing.

Cup

I kind of liked my piece Is wasn't the best the I drew but it wasn't the worst. Before I drew my piece I needed to know what to draw. So I drew a cup that I found on the internet.

The Idea of the piece was to. Draw an magnetified object which is a cup.

I didn't really learn anything while drawing this.

My First Painting

For this piece I used the same piece form piece 4 and added paint. I made It look nice. I like my piece It came out good for my first time making a painted piece.

Their is not really much for me to say about this.

After making this piece I've learned that there are a lot of steps towards painting. And if I would want to be a professional painter (which I don't) It would take years of practice or someone which a heart of a painter.

Ink-tober

Before I started I wanted to know what I was going to draw for inktober. After I figured it out I drew out a boy multiple times to get it perfect or good enough. Then I thought to make him a vampire. I had had blue pen so I drew like a few strands of hair blue and a amulet. I do like this drawing cause It was cartoony. I was able to draw what I wanted. Even though it could use more work I like it. I learned that I need to learn how to draw anime better. I also learned that There aren't going to be anime anime projects. What I've could've done better was to take my time to draw.

Graphic Design

The graphic designing thing, I don’t hate it but It’s not something I’m going to be doing, I was easier than I thought It would be. I did like my designs epically my custom one. What I learned from this Is, how to graphic design. So if I own a business or a website I now where to go to make a ad.

Comic relief

Before I started I wanted to know what was pop art I could have finished It in one day but I had a lot of make up work to finish so I put off to the side. After that I looked up on how to do pop up art. So I figured It out so I went with the Original Pow. I liked my art even though I rushed threw it. I learn what pop up art is. There nothing else really to say even if i try.

Before I started I wondered what to draw. It took me a while to find out what I wanted to draw. I did search on how to do certain parts. I drew and redrew the sketch multiple times to get it the way I wanted.

The big idea was to create a nice but simple piece. Nothing to grand or small.

My goal as an artist is to draw anime. I want to create a short anime series like two to six episodes and but them on YouTube.

I liked the piece I made i think it came out great. I took me a while to get is perfect.

While creating this piece I learned that I can make a beautiful piece if i work really hard on it.

Meaning of christmas

My art came out the way I wanted it to. The title of my work is Christmas meaning. It's 2D it has lines, color and values. The subject matter is Christmas. It looks like a Christmas day that people are enjoying. It's holly and jolly.

The media I used was paper and pencell. The materials I used was a pencell, color pencells, and a sharpie. The techniques I used was blending and. I tried to do tonal sketching but that didn't work. Also using the eraser to create form,

The big idea behind my work was to create a scene where people are outside having fun with others. To have a tree that's big with a angel instead of a star. And presents at the bottom, with a snowman and stars. And one star in particular that is the means behind this piece.

The goal of this piece was to show the other reason of Christmas. which is the birth of Jesus. Yes it's about family and friends bonding. Yes it's also about getting presents. But lets not forget who created this day and who's birthday it is

I think the final piece is great. The piece turned out as I imaged. How this will influence my future projects is by. Encouraging my to but more meaning into the art I make.

Anime OC

My art work is simple not to flashy but it's something. The title of my work is if I was a anime. To be honest I used Lines, color shape and value.

Before I started I tried to figure out what anime style to draw myself in. But then I decided To try my own thing I searched up stances and started drawing. I used paper pencil color pencils and a sharpie. I drew 4 sketches of the same stance. and I drew lightly while sketching.

The Idea of this piece was to see how well I draw myself in anime form. What inspired me to do this was that I saw multiple people draw themselves as cartoons so I thought I should try it. I guess I was passionate about this piece because I really wanted to do this for a while I should practice even out of school.

My goal as an artist is to draw pieces and keep drawing till my skills are great or awesome. Also another goal is to switch from different drawing styles like Dragon ball z, Boondocks, etc. This piece helped my goal because, it shows me what I can improve on. Step on is to draw bigger I have a hard to to draw big. so I can work on that. I wont go into the specifics.

What I learned from this piece is that I got ways to go from drawing anime. But practice make perfect. The final piece is somewhat I imagined but I could do way better. The piece looked way better before I outlined it with sharpie maybe I can use a different outliner. This piece can help me with future for knowing what I can do better.

Michael Jackson grid

My work is a portrait of Michael Jackson, he was my favorite music artist. I tried to do the best I could do. The title of my piece is remember MJ. In the piece has lines, space, value, and form.

Before I started I looked up a picture of Michael Jackson. When I found the right one I gridded It and got to work. I used shading, erasing, and re-drawing. I used paper, pencil, and a ruler for my piece.

The big Idea was just to draw Michael Jackson When my teacher told me that we have to do a realistic portrait my facial expression did a full 180. As I said I'm not good with drawing realistic pieces. But when she said anyone I thought of Michael Jackson. So then I thought maybe this can be different. I felt really determined for this piece because I wanted to give it my all to try to draw realistically.

You already know my goals so there is no point in saying this again.

What I learned from this piece is that..... I still suck at drawing realistic portraits. This piece did and did not come out the way I hoped. What this influenced in my future pieces is how or where to shade that's pretty much it.

Jonathan Universe

The piece Is somewhat multi-colored with a plain background. It's a picture of a Steven Universe character or should I say a picture of me as a Steven Universe character. I'm just standing there hands in pockets. I appear to be happy. My eyes are closed and I'm smiling. The title is Jonathan Universe. The most obvious elements of the piece are Lines.

To create this piece I used paper, pencil, color pencils, and a eraser. I began by mapping where the face should be. Then I started with the head. After I drew erased and re-drew the head I started the face. Then I drew the body. Once I was finished I colored it in.

I was inspired by the show Steven Universe. I loved that show. And I fell like I relate to Steven as a character. He's passionate, caring, he always put others before him. And he always wants to protect his friends.

My goal for this piece was to see how well I drew Steven universe. I did watch videos on how to draw certain parts.

Overall I love this piece. It's one of my best creations I've done so far. It turned out how I hoped it would. This will inspire me to work harder on my future pieces.
